Watching live demonstrations is essential when making major purchase decisions. Unlike pre-recorded videos, live demos let you ask specific questions and explore the product in depth.
Ask NetSuite to record all meetings. If recording isn’t possible, assign a capable notetaker to capture dates, attendees, and detailed notes, ideally, word-for-word.
Some critical licensing clauses especially in the Subscription Services Agreement (SSA) can be difficult to locate. Go beyond standard due diligence to uncover potential pitfalls.
