Marshal Shop Floor Data Collection is a web application that allows users to log in to jobs, and to provide real-time feedback on the status of the job to the master schedule. The data is stored in a SQL database, allowing any reporting tool to be used.
Planned Data is stored for every job. This allows comparisons between Planned and Actual data to be done on any job, resource, or month. This information is essential to enable a strategy of continuous process improvement.

Marshal can be used as a standalone shop data collection system or in conjunction with Opcenter APS. It’s easy to integrate into any existing system and is a perfect solution for shop floor data collection, if you already use Opcenter/Preactor.
